Instructions: Check off each skill as students demonstrate mastery. Move students to the next level when all skills in their current level are achieved.
A0 → A1 (Beginner)
[ ] Can introduce themselves (name, age, nationality).
[ ] Can understand and respond to simple greetings.
[ ] Can recognize common signs (e.g., "Exit," "Toilet").
[ ] Can follow basic classroom instructions.
[ ] Can write personal information (name, address).
[ ] Can use Present Simple (e.g., "I like apples.").
A1 → A2 (Elementary)
[ ] Can ask and answer basic questions about daily life.
[ ] Can describe their family, home, and routine.
[ ] Can understand short, clear conversations.
[ ] Can read short messages and emails.
[ ] Can write simple sentences about personal experiences.
[ ] Can use Past Simple (e.g., "Yesterday, I went to the park.").
[ ] Can use comparatives & superlatives (e.g., "bigger," "the biggest").
A2 → B1 (Intermediate)
[ ] Can understand conversations about familiar topics (e.g., hobbies, travel).
[ ] Can give opinions with simple reasons (e.g., "I like football because...").
[ ] Can read and understand short news articles.
[ ] Can write short paragraphs and informal emails.
[ ] Can describe past, present, and future events.
[ ] Can use Present Perfect (e.g., "I have lived here for two years.").
[ ] Can use modal verbs (e.g., "must," "should," "can").
B1 → B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
[ ] Can follow TV shows and podcasts with some effort.

[ ] Can understand everything they hear, even fast speech and slang.

[ ] Can write persuasive essays, reports, and creative writing.
[ ] Can use Cleft Sentences (e.g., "What I love most is traveling.").
[ ] Can use Subjunctive Mood (e.g., "I suggest that he be on time.").
[ ] Can adapt language for formal and informal situations naturally.
How to Use This Checklist:
