New Zealand is a country. It is in the Pacific Ocean. There are two big islands: the North Island and the South Island. The capital city is Wellington. The biggest city is Auckland.

New Zealand has many mountains, lakes, and beaches. The weather is warm in summer and cold in winter.

People in New Zealand speak English and Māori. They love rugby. The national rugby team is called the All Blacks.

Many people visit New Zealand. They see the beautiful nature and try new activities. Some people go hiking. Some people try bungee jumping!

New Zealand is a great place to live. It is safe, clean, and friendly.
