🟥ESOL Game: Subject Verb Relay


Write different subjects and verbs on cards and mix them up. Students can work in pairs to race against each other to match subjects with the correct verbs, saying the sentences aloud as they go.


For Subject-Verb Relay, prepare cards with various subjects and verbs. Shuffle them and place them in separate piles. Divide the students into teams. Each team takes turns sending one member to the piles to match a subject with the correct verb. They must say the complete sentence aloud to score a point before returning to their team. The team with the most correct matches wins!
