Tinned sliced beetroot
Gherkins
Sliced tomatoes
Cucumber slices
Vegan patties

Vegan mayonnaise

Wholemeal or white hamburger buns

Instructions:
1. Cook the Patties
Prepare the vegan patties in your preferred way: bake them in the oven, fry them in a pan, or use an air fryer.
2. Prepare the Buns
Slice the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them in the oven until they are warm and slightly crisp.
3. Assemble the Burger
Spread vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
Add a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked vegan patty.
Layer with sliced cucumber, tomato, gherkins, pineapple ring, and tinned beetroot.
Drizzle with tomato sauce and mustard sauce for extra flavor.
Place the top half of the bun on the stack.
4. Secure or Serve Open-Faced
Hold the burger together with a wooden skewer.
Alternatively, serve the ingredients piled on two bun halves for an open-faced option.
